Part II - Utiliti bil yang sangat 'murah' kat UK...

Dear Vickie,

I am curious about the bill. It is closing bill, should be the actual meter reading, not estimate bill, isn't it?

Furthermore, it said that the estimate bill was based on my previous bill. how come it was more than previous bill? regardless of the changing rate starting from April, considering this factors;

a. previous bill was for 6 months, but current bill was only for 4 months.
b. I was stay alone at that property starting from February.

So, considering that factors, how come the current bill is much more than previous bill? the last bill before the current bill also was based on estimate, makes me more curious. FYI, the house was not occupied from December to end of January.

When I called Veolia water on 28 June, they said they will send people to read the meter. I refuse to have the estimate bill as I far as I concern, I was not use the water so much, plus considering above factors.

Please, can you give me the bill that is based on actual meter reading? You can check with the new occupier of the house, right?

Please be advised we are arranging for a Customer Services Technician to attend 46 Hubbards Close to carry out some checks on the supply. This is because the meter reading of 2002 which was taken on 28/07/11 indicates the usage to be higher than we would normally expect for 1 occupier.

Once is report is available we will contact you again.

In the meantime if you have details of any Managing Agents responsible for the property that would be of assistance.

I trust this clarifies the position. If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact this office.

erm... bagus jugak depa p antar orang tuk check. kot2lah bocor ke kan... manalah tau kot2 ada rejeki aku dapat balik duit aku tu kan.... kalau pun tak dapat kat aku, dapat kat org yang dok umah tu sekarang ni pun dah ok... anggap jek rejeki dia... ... tapi, apa aku nak balas balik kat dia???? ngah susun ayat ni... tapi rasa semua ayat2 aku tak kene... tetiba jadi lembab pulak (bukan ko selalu lembab ke jep??????)

tuanpunyablog: rasa bersalah pulak kalau aku tak buat sambungan cerita ni... yelah, dah cerita buruk pasal 'dia', tetiba jadi baik, takkan nak senyap je kan??? tak adil kan????...
